By accessing SlotStrat you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

SlotStrat provides professional advantage-play intelligence: 100+ slot machine guides, table-game packs, calculators, casino map + route lab, referral program, and community tooling. Content is educational and not a promise of winnings.

• Casino map, Route Lab, and live network telemetry
• Community feed, reminders, referral payouts, and admin surfaces

Premium access requires an approved account. You must be 21+ (or legal age in your jurisdiction), provide accurate information, maintain credential security, and never share accounts. You are responsible for all activity under your login.

Premium membership is $99/month with a three-month minimum (plans may change with notice). Subscriptions auto-renew after the commitment term unless cancelled.

• You authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the billed period after the minimum term
• We offer a 24-hour refund window on your first charge
• Prices may change; we alert you before the next billing cycle

You agree NOT to:

• Share credentials, resell access, or enable shadow accounts
• Copy, scrape, or redistribute SlotStrat content without permission
• Interfere with platform security or attempt to reverse-engineer tooling
• Use SlotStrat for illegal activity or to violate casino policies
• Impersonate others or provide fraudulent information

All guides, copy, art, code, and tooling are owned by SlotStrat and protected by copyright, trademark, and other IP laws. No portion may be reproduced or repackaged without written consent.

SlotStrat is educational. Advantage play carries risk. We make no guarantees that strategies will produce profit. Casinos can refuse service. Always obey local laws and stay within your bankroll limits.

SlotStrat, its owners, employees, and partners are not liable for any direct or indirect losses, including losses arising from casino play, account termination, or data issues.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraud, share access, or endanger the network. Termination may occur without refund if you breach the agreement.

Referral payouts follow the rules shown inside /referrals. We may update or retire the program with notice. Abuse (self-referrals, fake accounts) forfeits earnings.

We may update these Terms to reflect product or legal changes. Material changes are communicated via email or in-app notice. Continued use after updates means you accept the revisions.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Oregon, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
