1. Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly—account registration, subscription checkout, customer support, referral submissions—and metadata generated when you use SlotStrat (logs, device and browser details, usage analytics).

  • Account details: name, email, password hash, photo, OAuth profile information (Google, Apple).
  • Billing data: Stripe customer IDs, payment method tokens (handled by Stripe). We never store raw card numbers.
  • Operational data: guide saves, calculator inputs, route lab selections, community posts, referral codes.
  • Diagnostics: IP address, device fingerprint, crash logs, and event telemetry to secure the network.

2. How we use it

We use data to provide and improve SlotStrat, enforce security, process payments, communicate with you, and comply with legal obligations.

  • Authenticate users and authorize premium surfaces.
  • Process subscriptions, invoices, refunds, and referral payouts.
  • Send transactional emails (password reset, invoices, warnings) via Resend/SendGrid.
  • Detect account sharing, fraud, or abuse of the network.
  • Analyze anonymized usage to prioritize product updates.

3. Sharing and processors

We never sell your data. We share information only with trusted processors required to operate SlotStrat:

  • Stripe for payment processing and billing events.
  • Neon + Prisma for database hosting.
  • Resend / SendGrid for transactional email.
  • Cloudflare/Vercel for hosting, logs, and DDoS protection.
  • Google Maps APIs for map tiles and autocomplete queries.

4. Social login

If you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive your verified email, name, and avatar. We do not access contacts or other OAuth scopes.

5. Security

SlotStrat uses HTTPS everywhere, salted password hashes (bcrypt), database row-level protections, and monitoring for anomalous activity. No system is perfect—use strong, unique passwords and enable email notifications for security events.

6. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (GDPR, CCPA, etc.) you may have rights to access, update, download, or delete your data, and to opt out of marketing messages.

7. Cookies & analytics

We use cookies and local storage to keep you signed in, store preferences, and run analytics. You can clear cookies or use private browsing to control tracking.

8. Children

SlotStrat is intended for adults 21+ (or legal gaming age). We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a minor has provided data, contact us and we will delete it promptly.

9. Data deletion & contact

You can request deletion of your account and personal data at any time. We’ll confirm via email and permanently remove your data within 30 days (unless we must retain certain records for legal or financial compliance).
